Our helpful technicians provide computer repair services to our customers for any issue. You get great service for your computer and if you are already a DONOBi customer, we give you a 50% discount off of our regular rates plus a half hour free for any troubleshooting directly related to your DONOBi service.
Standard Repair
Our standard rate for repair is $70 per hour for any hardware or software issue. We keep things simple for repair issues and provide work orders reviewing work done for any computer we work on. All repairs are done by our technicians at our main office. We do not provide on-site support for computer repair. All computer repair work is done on a first-come first-served basis with a 1 - 2 business day turn-around time. We do not provide repair services while you wait (unfortunately our technicians must focus on phone call support first as that is our primary means of supporting our customers).
